GoogleBought my flat 28 years ago from Hawes of Raynes Park When I decided to sell it they were my first choice. John Cooper, who has always been helpful and knowledgeable who I bought flat from did the evaluation. Late, his colleague, Damian dealt with the buyer and sale, and I must give thanks for how he dealt with overcoming minor issues that smoothed for sale. I would recommend them as I will also be returning them for future property transactions.

GoogleHighly recommend Hawes & Co estate agents! Their fabulous agent Ben Butler showed us around a property in an area we didn’t know too much about. He was very knowledgeable and totally sold us the area and the house! He’s honest and hugely helpful, making a stressful experience so much nicer and straight forward. Thank you, Ben!

GoogleMawara showed us around two flats yesterday and was very helpful. She allowed us plenty of time to look around and was very willing to answer our questions. When she was unsure of the answers she put us in contact with the Development Manager for the block of flats for further information. Overall, a very pleasant and helpful experience.

GoogleI have been impressed at the professionalism and support provided by Ben Butler and Farah Yaseen at Hawes & Co. Their communication has been excellent as well as their calm approach. Farah, in particular, went over and beyond the call of duty and provided reassurance at every step. From our initial meeting with Ben through to completion, they have been patient, committed and helpful - no hard sell, no pressurised tactics etc everything you would associate with some unscrupulous estate agents, but a more thoughtful and collaborative attitude. I would highly recommend using the professional services of Hawes & Co. Ask for the dynamic duo, Ben and Farah; they make a great team and you will not be disappointed by the experience. Thank you!

Throughout the transaction Damian provided friendly and professional help and advice and, when matters frustratingly ground to a halt, he immediately liaised with all parties to ensure it completed. GoogleListed my property with Hawes & Co for twelve whole weeks - they literally got me zero viewings. They didn’t even bother calling to check in, nor offer any advice. Most estate agents would at least suggest we lower the asking price - not these guys, they just leave you running on their books, tied in till your contract expires. Extremely unprofessional - would never recommend them to anyone.

She managed to answer most of our qustions about the area and and she was never pushy and we felt that she genuinely had our best interest of buying the right house for us.
