Dear Dr Farr, I’m sorry to see your review. We fully appreciate your frustration in not securing the rental property that you saw with Hawes & Co. Unfortunately the lettings market remains incredibly competitive, with prospective tenants far outweighing available properties. Whilst we tried to accommodate your request to see the property again, a number of offers were received in the meantime and our client’s instructions were to proceed with an alternative tenant.
