GoogleWe have used Damian Anderson for the sale of a couple of properties now and would return in a heartbeat in the future. He made fast work of the sale of our most recent property which got an offer within the first month on the market. Liasing betwen himself the buyers and the solicitors was simple and effortless, and there were no nasty surprises along the way. I only have good things to say about Damian and Hawes and Co. as a whole. M. Williams

GoogleExcellent Estate Agent, I found a perfect flat with Hawes & Co. letting agency; a quick communication throughout the initial lettings process. Katie Williams and Tracy both are a great professional, extremely committed and knowledgeable; she handled the agreement process and paperwork in a manner which made you feel at ease, Always answered any questions through the whole process, and was constantly willing to help, making sure the move went smoothly so efficient and helpful, even the ongoing support has been considerably above average. I highly recommend this as a tenant, as it is customer/people-friendly. Much appreciated, Andres and Carol

GoogleHad the pleasure of looking at a few properties with Ben Butler. He was really professional and went out of his way to help support us through the process. Unfortunately we decided not to put in an offer in the end, but was very impressed with his approach.

GoogleWe recently used Hawes & Co for the sale of our flat and could not recommend them highly enough. Very professional, friendly, proactive and they did a great job acting as a go-between between the various solicitors, buyer and also the seller of the property we were buying which was also through Hawes & Co. Ben in particular was outstanding and certainly went over and above what was expected to help us get it over the line, along with Damian and Farah who also did a lot to help. No request was too difficult for them and they did everything we asked and more. If I’m ever selling in the future I would only consider Hawes & Co!

GoogleI sold my flat with Damian at Hawes & Co earlier this year and was really pleased with the service. Damian was really helpful and friendly and was always on the end of the phone when needed. After having a difficult time when I bought the flat several years ago with a different agent it was a much smoother and less stressful time selling with Damian and Hawes & Co.

GoogleIf you are trying to rent a property avoid this office and especially the letting negotiator Katie . She is too unprofessional, unhelpful, and she keeps lying to you .she never responds to your emails and phone calls. I was trying to arrange a viewing or a video because I wasnt living in London and it was an nightmare with her. Firstly she cancelled my first viewing at the last minute and I was going to London from far ,lost tickets and money then I was trying to rearrange a viewing or to get video and she was unresponsive on my phone calls, emails as the only thing she knows to do better.i managed to get through with her at the end and she said she would call me on Monday 18th of March this week at 2 o'clock for a video call or to send me a video .I'm still waiting .The management should check her unprofessional behavior .
