GoogleI had a brief interaction with Ben - he showed me a property that I am interested in. He knew the details of the property and the area well and he appeared genuinely interested to address my questions. In summary, he was selling the property during the viewing rather than just showing the property.

GoogleA company that lacks honest communication expects you to believe their statements, despite sending our friends an email stating the availability of the house. They can leave you in a very difficult situation by simply saying, 'We're just sorry!

Update: Dear Rabia, The tenants move was delayed giving the landlord time to think over your offer and he felt uncomfortable with the demands made as part of the terms. We have since re visited your offer with the landlord who is unfortunately still not happy to accept. The decision of the landlord is out of Hawes and Co’s control and does not justify your 1 star review. Best Wishes, Hawes & Co Directors

GoogleDamian has just been so great from start to finish, his advice has been so helpful and above and beyond the scope of an estate agent, he’s been really visionary and helped us think about what properties could be, along the way and really felt like he’s working for us to find the right property, not just to sell sell sell. He’s made it such a positive experience, thank you.

GoogleI recently sold my property through Hawes and the service was brilliant from start to finish. It started with John Cooper who marketed my property at a great price and then Matthew Pike negotiated my sale keeping me informed throughout. What I thought was going to be a very stressful process turned out to be stress free thanks to this great team. Thank you!

GoogleWe recently bought our house through Hawes & Co, Raynes Park. Our point of contact throughout the process was Damian, and he worked tirelessly (often on his days off!) to help us move swiftly. He liaised with both sets of solicitors to help keep the ball rolling, and was always friendly and positive in his approach. We would certainly enlist his help again in the future.
Agent replied · 6 February 2024
Dear Lauren, thank you very much for your review. We will pass your very kind words onto Damian and hope to be able to work with you in the future.

GoogleBen (Butler) has been a great agent to work with during our property search and appreciate his patience as we waited for a train to pass at one of the properties so we could access noise levels! He made us feel very at ease. Mawara Kazim also recently showed us round a number of properties and was really nice and helpful!
