GoogleI have been dealing with Barretts since Aug 2019 they are managing two properties for me locally, They are very professional and helpful in the dealings, very fair with their rates nothing is to much trouble. I would recommend anybody looking for a management team to look after rental property to speak to Barrett's

GoogleLetting agents who work with a terrible landlord and condone his awful ways. They also need to stay updated with laws and inform the landlord they're working with about these laws. They should really find out about what they're landlords are really doing and how discusting it is for a landlord to let people in a house share live in the discusting conditions they have been.
Good morning Luke. I find your review completely unjustified as we do not manage the property you reside in and have no control over your landlords actions. If you truly believe the living conditions are disgusting then you would need to report this to the Environmental Health department at Southend Council as they would be able to enforce any necessary works. We are full members of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) and are fully up to date with all legislation. Thanks

FacebookSince I started investing, it has been smooth and no complain. But I still see people complaining that they have been scammed in one way or the other. I wonder why, Investing in forex / Bitcoin trading has been so profitable to me. So I think I should introduce my manager Mrs. Patricia Williams to you if you're interested. GoogleI have rented a property from Barrett's for the last 5 years. I have always found their customer care brilliant and there has never been any issues. The team that work in the Rayleigh office are always very helpful and make you feel comfortable with any queries you may have. I would highly recommend renting a property from them.
