FacebookBarretts have managed my flat for over twelve years. They deal with most things in a professional and timely manner. They find new tenants quickly and access them appropriately. They are helpful and again professional when things go wrong, ie non payment of rent etc. They contact me if the tenants are in need of anything and deal with any problems reasonably well in my absence. Reports of the property were not always on time, and sometimes not accurate. However in recent years this has improved greatly.

Great estate/letting agents despite us having an awkward landlord, they seem to get a fair amount of the repairs approved by the landlord. Mike, his family and employees are very polite and understanding too. I have rented with them since 2004 (with a couple of breaks) I wish they were the choice of all landlords around here as other agents not so good :)
