GoogleAwful service* Agents are useless, had to call them everyday at the end of my tenancy for updates on the deposit. Never knew who i was or what was going on, Jason was useless. I was also sent a bill for over £500 which was then scrapped as it was wrong... these agents are shocking, save yourself a headache.

GoogleI have rented numerous times through Abbots in Rayleigh. Each time the process has been extremely simple and straight forward. Any issues we had once in the properties have always been dealt with in a timely manner. Jason and Sarah have always been a pleasure to deal with. Sarah in particular has been a star over the years! Would defnitely recommend Abbots to anyone looking for a straight forward rental.

GoogleReally upsetting. Signed a 12 month contract on a flat where the windows are broken. One even smashed me in the face. There’s poo and urine on the carpet of the flat I’ve let and the boiler didn’t work before I even moved into the property. The agency doesn’t care . ‘Sold as seen’ along with answers like ‘because I can get away with it’ The agency also use service repairers that work for Abbotts. So even if Abbotts are at fault they will still try and charge you for THEIR mistakes. Wish I’d never signed a contract with them. I’ve reported it all to the ombudsman

GoogleI saw Yvette Green - Mortgage Consultant at Abbots, she was absolutely fantastic at assisting me in the mortgage process and helping me understand things that not every Consultant would especially considering I have had a mortgage before she still drew my attention to every detail that perhaps I had not thought of, adding absolutely no pressure, full honesty and assistance. I havent progressed with a house as yet but I will definitely consider paying the reasonable fee and using her when I do. Thank you for your support

GoogleI would highly recommend Abbotts. We recently bought a property from Abbotts. Amazing customer service, every time we called we always got a call back the same day. Lisa the branch manger was very polite, gave regular updates and went the extra mile in helping us chase the other parties of the chain!

Jason and Sarah are always so welcoming and whenever I go to Rayleigh I always make time to pop in and say hi !

GoogleI cannot recommend the lettings service at Abbott’s Rayleigh enough, especially after dealing with Jason. His service was second to none, and I really felt he had my best interests at heart. He was honest, reliable and always made sure I was kept up updated - even if that meant staying after he finished! A true star, thanks Jason!

GoogleAbsolutely awful experience with the rental team. If you do not take another property with them You are treated with the worse attitude ever. Peter chapman in particular has no customer service how he is a manager is beyond me. 3 weeks no reply to emails or phone calls. I myself also rent out a property and would be extremely upset if the agents I use treated my tenants the way we have been in the last month.

GoogleI want to take a moment to share the amazing customer experience I have had when dealing with Rayleigh Abbotts, I dealt with Tracy and from start to now she has been outstanding. Tracy supported me with everything from viewing the house to answering any questions I had (Which I had lots!) They are very good to deal with and set clear expectations at every step of the way, when completing my contract Tracy made sure that I understood every step and made it a very easy process. If I ever have any questions the team at Rayleigh Abbotts are great, they are always happy to help, I have also had great support from Steven during my time renting from Abbotts. Calling back when he said he would, always having the information required and following through with procedures. I also dealt with Tracey, who I found to be again, extremely professional, helpful and very kind at a stressful time.
