Miles and Barr didn’t sell our property, but we did buy a property marketed by them. Their service was excellent especially Louise the sales progressor, who kept me updated throughout the process. There were a number of issues in the final week before completion. Louise did an exceptional job keeping me in the loop with updates regarding the exchange and sending emails to all parties involved in the transaction. Louise is a credit to your team

GoogleI have my house inspected by Amanda Turner. She has been doing my property check for over 4 years now. I would rather Amanda than anyone else come into my home. Amanda is reliable, efficient and takes her time in dealing with any issues i have. Amanda is warm and friendly and such a bubbly character. I feel she is a credit to miles and barr.

Would never use them again, horrible communication, attitude and service. Incompetent throughout. Information was never passed to us and had to chase on multiple occasions, culminating in sellers refusing to hand over keys whilst Miles and Barr staff watched on despite calling us earlier that day to hand the keys over advising which we weren't the legal owners which was odd as our keys were handed in minutes later. After handing our keys in to them they simply watched a seller refuse to pass us keys after funds had cleared and hour earlier. Ridiculous company no backbone.

GoogleAvoid Miles & Barr at all costs! Arranging a viewing is easy but once you get past that you are met with the incompetent applications team. To say Shannon was rude, unpleasant, incapable and unprofessional is being kind. Rhian lied and assured me that the property that it would be cleaned only to get they keys and it was still filthy. Miles & barrs standards are clearly shocking, not to mention their miserable faces when you, unfortunately, have to go in there and see them in person! God knows what they’re own houses look like. Don’t waste your time! Especially if the property you’re looking to rent is owned by the Turnstone group Ltd. I have been in one of their properties for 6 months and still no communication from them. I've even spoke to Miles and Barr about it and they can’t seem to help.
