GooglePositives: Professional, understanding, flexible and supportive Choosing Howard to both sell our home and buy an apartment was a really sound decision. He was very personable while remaining highly professional during the selling and purchasing process. This entire process was conducted during the restrictions and challenges of the Covid pandemic which were exacerbated by the fact that we were ‘in lockdown’ abroad and had to conduct the entire process remotely. Howard was incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive throughout and went well beyond the call of duty. We have no hesitation in recommending Howard’s services.

GoogleHaving met Howard it was very clear to me right from the start that he was different from the other agents that my wife and I met. He put us at ease straight away and I feel the service we got from Ewe Move was second to none. Our house was sold unbelievably quickly and for over the asking price. It did however take us seven months to secure our dream property in the countryside during which time Howard managed somehow to keep all party’s focused during the sale and all this during the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. She didn’t make us feel like we needed to rush and kindly answered all of our questions. GoogleTruly fantastic support from Michael Anthony's team all the way from start of sale to completion. They will work hard when you need them too and follow up on your requests unlike other agents who say they will and leave you hanging. Andy Williamson did a fantastic job photographing the house, Karen Mills did a fantastic job too with managing sales progression. I highly recommend them!

My house was on the market for a long time before it was sold. Everyone at Miles & Barr were very supportive and did everything they could to help us get a sale. Scott was very helpful along with the rest of the team.The person who stood out the most was Debbie Mead the Sales Progressor. Debbie was amazing and worked tirelessly to get things sorted out for us. She was responsive and empathic towards our situation and was very knowledgeable about the whole selling process. She liaised with the solicitor and pushed them along when they were not completing things in a timely manner. Debbie made the whole process much easier for us and we trusted that she was always working to support us. Thank you Debbie.

I was shown around 2 properties yesterday by a lovely lady called Mia Steven’s from Miles and Barr . Looking for a home can be very stressful and Mia put us at complete ease . She was very bubbly , chatty lady and answered all of our questions . Mia gave us plenty of time to look around each property and explained in great detail what would happen next . I would highly recommend Mia to anyone who may find the process of finding a home for your family a tad daunting . Very highly recommended
