Shocking referencing company. Rented privately for 8 years, only missed 2 payments during COVID which were cleared immediately. They completely messed up my referencing and miscalculated my finances multiple times, costing me an apartment. Absolute joke.

The system itself is a good system, the functionalities and options that can be utilised on it seem good so far and I believe the system is going to be valuable to the business. We had some communication barriers a long the way which resulted into delays with launch from both parties. However, with better communication, the onboarding process will have been much smoother, we have kept our old platform in the background as the manual work that is required to ensure all the data is correct on Rezi is time consuming. The onboarding team have always been present and available when needed. Love the LiveChat and all the support options available.
