GoogleJust avoid...as an estate agent, we haven’t dealt with a conveyancing firm this poor in quite some time. Communication has been awful, and ever since we referred our first client, the BDM has disappeared and hasn’t checked in once. It’s a shame, as we have the potential to pass a significant amount of business their way.

GoogleFrom the moment Robert came to value our house through to Jurga arranging viewings and Julie showing us a property we wanted Thomas Morris have always been professional, friendly and most importantly available. Communication either by phone, txt or email has always been good. Viewings with Toni are great as she is so enthusiastic. GoogleI’ve been a customer with Dezrez for 15 years and whilst I’ve only used selected parts of it, preferring to use our existing in house system, it has sufficed for my requirements. The purpose of this review is to warn prospective clients that Rezi don’t offer any options other than a fixed two year contract followed by an automatic further two year contract which is subject to 60 days notice. Neither do they send out any reminder at all that the existing contract is coming up for renewal which was the least I would have expected from any company. As a consequence having received an unexpected offer and sold my business I’m obliged to pay further 15 months subscription for precisely nothing When I was closing down all the accounts, whilst every other company simply thanked me for my custom Rezi reminded me I was locked in until December 2025. End of. I did send them a copy of this review to check its accuracy but they haven’t chosen to reply. Regrettably I couldn’t recommend this company, not because of their product but because of their attitude.

She was on-time, friendly and chatty, but not intrusively so - e.g. wasn't pushy about the properties which gave us room to consider all aspects and made us feel comfortable to discuss everything openly - exactly what we value in an estate agent.

GoogleOur mortgage advisor Sarah was awesome she was really patient, answered all our questions no matter how dumb the question was and was accessible to us whenever we needed her advice, she was the only part of the purchasing process that was easy to deal with and alleviated the pressure off the rest

GoogleWhen we chose Thomas Morris to sell our home it was on the basis that they understood the area, they were well briefed on the price that could be achieved and, very importantly, we’re genuinely enthusiastic about selling the property. We all know that Estate Agents don’t always get the best press but I can honestly say Thomas Morris have proved to be exceptional. The marketing was spot on with an advert showing the property at its best both in terms of description and photography. The video tour produced was fantastic. Any company is only as good as it’s people and Thomas Morris clearly have an outstanding team. That said it would be wrong not to specifically mention Julie Spinks. Julie is obviously a very experienced salesperson. As soon as she was involved her calm but confident approach gave us total confidence. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie - always ready to give good advice and guidance. We are sure that Julie achieved the best outcome and can’t praise her enough. As we are buyers as well as sellers we are encountering a number of Estate Agents ! This experience merely confirms we made the right choice with Thomas Morris - Julie was just the icing on the cake!

GoogleI phoned Julie outlining that I was thinking of moving home but I needed advice with mortgage and additional payments etc before I started the ball rolling. Julie suggested that I had a chat with Sarah the mortgage advisor as she would be able to look into all the mortgage products and other costs. Thanks to both of them answering all my queries.
