Too expensive to be on it. Its not worth for the price. They just bombard with same enquiry to many agents and lots of adverts. Also they will divert your client to someone else or to their adverts. A complete waste of time and you will never recover your cost!

Worst service ever. I have emailed about so many properties through their website, over 20 now and no one has ever responded to me. The homes on here are also usually sold out and they put them on their website so consumers call up and they can suggest different properties.

While the site works very well, there is no ratings system for estate/lettings agents or any kind of vetting of the search results. This would be a big plus for those not wanting to get tied up with 'cowboy' agents, who ignore complaints, don't carry out repairs and charge extortionate fees, etc.

A really useful service at your fingertips. The amount of properties viewable and variety of search filters makes Rightmove the best place to look for property in my opinion. I have found rightmove to be a valued tool with locating properties. One star knocked off though as properties remain listed though already been sold. This issue I hold rightmove partly to blame but it is the estate agents leaving the listings active to make them look better than they are.

Customer service is disgraceful. Seems to be one person manning phones and emails. On the two occasions I have had to call I have been on hold for over 90 minutes combined, and emails do not receive replies.Considering moving home is stressful at the best of times this company does not help in the slightest. If I had a choice I would certainly avoid dealing with this company as the slightest hitch means I will have to spend a large amount of time waiting to speak to a representative.The person on the phone seemed rushed and unwilling to spend any more time than they deemed necessary on my query and I will be making a formal complaint to Van Mildert when my application is complete.

If could give 0 stars I would. Been running round in circles past few weeks trying to chase reference forms that should have been sent out for flat out, we're supposed to move into it in three days. Work have only just got email through for that part of reference and current landlord still not had a request through for their reference. I've spent God knows how long on hold (average 1hr 40 minutes each time) nearly everyday week day since last Tuesday and how much credit spent but still not sorted 🙄
