Very disappointed with the new layout. It is time consuming and frustrating to have to keep switching from house photos to map especially when trying to find the house on street view. I am always willing to try new ways of doing things but this change is definitely for the worse, please bring back the old format.

Something needs to happen to get estate agents out of the process. The only way to do it is for everyone to make a stand together. They are not required. I am seriously considering to start a site that you can list your own house with only 2 requirements: you must have a solicitor in place for the sale and the conveyance is done by a registered conveyancer/solicitor. Estate agents are absolutely worthless and in no other industry would people allow someone to just rob money off them ‘just because’ you can’t polish a t**d but you can stick stars and glitter on one and that is all these people do again and again. As you can probably tell I resent their existence. The only company who have the process half right is Strike.
