GoogleAfter care after we sold the property was non-existent, would be weeks without any communication, I always had to regularly call for updates. Didn't feel I got value for money, especially as I felt I personally ended up doing most on the admin myself.
Thank you for your review, we are very disappointed to hear that you felt this way. We provided you with updates at every stage of the process and were regularly in communication with yourself (several days a week) to keep you informed throughout the whole process. We managed to get you another buyer immediately when your previous chain broke down and ensured that this new chain meet the stamp duty deadline allowing you to continue with your purchase. However we will take your comments on board.

GoogleThey take forever to do anything! And they charge you loads of money for photos (which they shouldn't) they con you and get something out of you even if they don't sell your property.. THEY OVERPRICE YOUR PROPERTY, SO THEN IT'S TAKES EVEN LONGER TO SELL IT. You have ruined our lives and future. Hope you feel great about yourself. Now we're still stuck somewhere we don't want to be. Thanks a lot.

GoogleI have been very happy with all the staff at the Rainham branch of Your Move, when the first sale fell through due to the buyers trying to knock down the price yet again, Mik quickly put my property back on the market and got new buyers the same day!
