GoogleWere trying to rent a property from these people, and this is still ongoing, we want the property but the bloke who is apparently dealing with it "Mark" has pushed us for a moving date and we gave one of the 1st, this was accepted just shy of two weeks ago, were all packed, all ready have paid our rents up to the 1st and have said our fairwells, then I call the estate agent to see if we can pick up the keys on thursday evening and oh... hes not there, as usual. I then get an email from Mark saying Hi, move in day is the 16th of February.... Can anyone else see why this may be a problem...? I then complain about this to then have a shirty woman who has reached the dizzying heights of Marks manager trying to tell me its my fault that HER STAFF havent contacted me?? Customer service bravo that woman... I still have no idea what there going to do to sort out the £350 ish they have cost us through not being capable of picking up a phone or confirming anything with us... I'll come back to this when its resolved with how its resolved but from our point of view up to this point this lot have been unreliable and unprofessional and frankly if I had have known what I know now a few weeks ago I would have definately thought twice... To be continued...
