GoogleI have used Regal Lettings at Rainham to let two properties over the last nine years. Zaira and her team are fantastic. Zaira, Olivia and Natalie make the whole process extremely easy. The letting process has always been very smooth and efficient. Each member of the Rainham team is helpful, friendly and professional and always respond to any queries quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Regal Lettings to landlords looking for an excellent service.

GoogleI let properties through Regal lettings at Rainham and I find Regal lettings to offer good service. Its personal and friendly service is really excellent and any questions I have are dealt with promptly. The manager at Rainham is worth an individual mention as she is both reliable and efficient. (ZairaSaguato is brilliant) However, the parent company, Countrywide, seem to see Landlords as a quick touch for a little extra here and a few percent more there, and I feel that along with the current administration, are in danger of "strangling the goose that lays the golden egg".

GoogleDuring my time as a landlady, I have found Regal Letting Agency an essential part of the process. I have repeatedly had guidance, support, help and advice from all the staff, especially Zaira and Alison. I have never felt that any question has been a silly one. Each one in the team is highly approachable as well as professional. For anyone feeling apprehensive about the whole process, you could not be in better hands than with Regal, especially as their only focus is the letting market. GoogleI have rented out a property with the Rainham office for a couple of years, I did not hesitate to use them again to rent out a second property. I have mainly dealt with Carla and Zaira who have always been helpful and professional. If ever there are issues they promptly assist in resolving them. I have also received excellent service from a lady called Andrea. I would highly recommend this branch of Regal.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend regal lettings enough. They found us a home, and got us moved in within 2 weeks. They were quick with the process and kept us up to date with each part of the process. We were welcomed in to our new home by Zaira and she explained everything we needed to know and reassured if there were any issues to contact them.
