GoogleWe have dealt with Regal Lettings, (Rainham Kent) for many years and have always found them to provide a warm and welcoming professional level of service. Our main point of contact has aways been Zara and Natalie who are both very approachable and willing to offer advise as and when required. I would say both Zara and Natalie are a credit to both their local and wider Country Wide team.

GoogleI recently viewed rental properties using Regal Lettings, Rainham. I registered with Callum, he listened and understood my requirements/ situation and has found suitable properties which perfectly match my criteria. From the initial registration to the viewing’s; the service has been excellent which greatly apricated. GoogleWe have used Regal for 7 years since purchasing our flat in Gillingaham and their service from day 1 has been excellent. They are quick to respond to queries and we have not had to visit the flat at all as we knew they would manage tenancy changes efficiently. The staffing have been consistent and professional at all times. Zaira in particular has always managed the property well. We are now selling the flat and they are liaising with the estate agent to ensure keys are handed over and have ensured the flat is in tip top condition for the new owner. For a seamless, unstressful rental we would not hesitate to recommend Regal. We have another flat we rent elsewhere with different agents who are nowhere near as professional! We understand how important it is to have a managing agent you can trust and Regal are certainly that.

GoogleNatalie and Zaira from the Rainham branch have been awesome. Twice now we've rented through them and it's been friendly, professional and nothing has been a problem for them. They've handled the paperwork so quickly too. Other estate agents/letting agents could learn a thing or 2 from them. Whether you are putting a property up for rent, or looking for your next home. GoogleFraudulent, deceitful and untrustworthy company. Do not trust this company. After the non-stop calls from Stephen to sign, once we did, he repeatedly lied and then backtracked. If they ask you to do any inventory report online, they will first lie about the condition of the properties they manage. If you add any comments or photos that show they are lying, they will just use a different inventory report and insert your name and a date to insinuate that you signed it. This fraudulent inventory report has been used as a basis for a check out report and they have requested deductions and ignore you, once you point out everything out, in a bid to keep your security deposit.

GooglePlease avoid them. The staff make mistakes and you pay for it. They do not care at all if you are right, they do not reply you clearly, they are horrible, they are not transparent when it comes to money.
