GoogleThe team at Harrisons came up trumps for us again. They managed the vacation and return of a rental property and completed its reletting 3 weeks later. They provided regular clear updates and advice throughout and we will continue to both use and recommend them.

I have always sold and bought through Harrisons and on this occasion I am so glad we did. We have had complications along the way with the top of our chain (nothing to do with Harrisons) but Jon has been absolutely amazing chasing the relevant parties, keeping myself and the chain informed and even throughout a stressful period still managed to meet the high level of customer service that they guarantee to provide. Would highly recommend Jon and the team at Harrisons in Rainham.

We weren't selling our house with Harrison's but my buyer and their buyer were. However, I feel I need to review their service as they were excellent at communicating throughout our house sale to say the least, it was particularly stressful at every step of the way. Their liaison between all parties was brilliant all of the time. They kept us in every loop even though we weren't their clients. Kate deserves a special mention. This lady went the extra mile on our completion day. There was a long long delay in the chain completing and the keys were not available until 4.45! Kate just kept calling all parties and waited with my husband until finally...we got there. I would defiantly recommend Harrison's to anyone selling. Not for me as I don't think I will ever move again!!! Thank you

Actions speak louder than words and we could not be happier with the way we and our houses have been looked after. Within a day we managed to get a viewing and had our offer sent over which was thankfully accepted. Harrisons provided us guidance throughout, and are one of the few agents who did our chasing for us which made to process so much more streamlined. We were given regular updates from all of their team, who all knew our circumstances and case progress. An extra special thanks goes from us to Kate, who was so well organised and efficient that it made our purchase seamless. Right up to completion day, Harrisons made our house buying process a pleasure, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We cannot recommend Kate at Harrisons enough. From valuation right throught to completion Kate has been so friendly and kept us informed all the way. When Kate was on holiday the rest of the team were fantastic and helped answer our questions.The house was sold within 4 days of going on the market and Kate has been there all the time and answered our questions without hesitation. We would certainly recommend Harrisons.
