Recently sold my father’s property…

Recently sold my father’s property after his death. Harrisons were incredible, not only their knowledge of the markets, management of the process and fantastic communication, but also how sensitively they managed the situation of the sale. One sale fell through just prior to exchange and they had a new buyer within days. I could not have asked for a better service from such an incredible Agent. Thankyou Jon and the team. You made a rough process as easy as can be.

Extremely poor and unprofessional company. Contacted to view property as first time buyers, went through financial situation to purchase with mortgage in principle confirmed with Harrison’s . Viewed property and wanted second viewing before placing offer. Took 4/5 days to rebook not a problem for me. On 2nd viewing we was confident property met our requirements and placed offer for full asking price. Offer was declined by email reason (during lockdown a number of sales fell through because first time buyers struggled to get finance because of stricter lending criteria, but we had mortgage in principle which Harrison’s where aware before original viewing allowed) so why did we waste our time on 2 viewings? So there was know chance of excepting our offer but where still booked in for viewings? Seems like hidden agenda. Companies like Harrison’s is why Estate agents get bad reputation. After my experience I googled them and found majority of customers Have left negative feedback clearly with good reason.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Amazing from start to finish. Stop searching and just go with Harrisons as your estate agent, you won't regret it. We sold our house with Harrisons and the service given was excellent. The whole team was amazing but we have to give a special mention to Kate who looked after us through the entire process and genuinely cares for her clients and the end result. Agents we have used in the past only care about the sale and would give up when things got difficult or time consuming but Kate and the Harrisons team genuinely invest in their clients to make sure they do everything they can for you. We had a difficult time with our chain (outside of ours and Harrisons control) and took 7 months to complete but Kate was amazing and kept on top of everything, resolving multiple issues along the way and ultimately got us into our dream home. We could not recommend a business higher. Worth every penny.PositiveProfessionalism

Harrisons were recommended to us for the sale of our house, we are so pleased we used them and their commission fees are not overinflated at all. Our house sold quickly and for the price we wanted, we then had some problems at the bottom of the chain (no fault of ours or Harrisons) and Kate tirelessly chased this up for us. The communication with Harrisons was always excellent and we were kept updated through the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Harrisons for their professionalism and helpfulness. We mainly dealt with Kate but when she was not there the whole team were excellent and speedy to respond and help with any questions and chasing that was needed to complete.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

Great service, Brilliant experience....

I have been trying for more than 2 years now to get on to the property ladder. Honestly speaking during this time I have been through a lot of estate agents and estate agencies however I have found HARRISONS by far the best among all.Graham and Jon were amazing. Harrisons in Sittingbourne are an Estate Agency that goes above and beyond. Always professional, always polite, good spirited and pro-active! Harrisons - particularly Jay, Kane and Honey did their very best to help us find a home. They rang regularly with potential properties of interest and didn't get dis-heartened by my picky-ness!! They were always enjoyable company on viewings, always punctual and always ready to answer any questions. Their customer service is un-rivalled in Sittingbourne as far as I'm concerned. Excellent for tenants

We have been private tenants with Harrisons Rainham for a few years now and have had a very positive experience. There is always someone available in the office should we need to contact anyone, and they always get back to us quickly with responses. They are always very professional in dealing with any problems we bring to them.After having to move out during lockdown from our first property, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were moved into another lovely property within a few months. The reviews are actually true!

I chose Harrisons because of the reviews of other people and they were all correct - Harrisons totally lived up to expectations for us. We had a tricky house to sell and they found the perfect buyer who will totally love it as much as we did. We got an asking price offer and we were kept fully informed throughout, plus they constantly chased down our chain to keep things moving. We completed last week and we cannot speak highly enough of the whole team but especially Ernie, Sonia and Kate.

I have recently purchased a house…

I have recently purchased a house through Harrisons and from start to finish they were brilliant. Always in contact and answered any questions I had and it was no bother. When I thought I was unable to go through with a house due to complications with my mortgage they put me in contact with Simon who is a mortgage broker they recommend. He was brilliant. Harrison never gave up on me and done all they could and it was an absolute success. I now have my keys and am a first time home owner and very happy! Would highly recommend Harrison’s. A great team of knowledgeable agents. They did exactly what was required. I was amazed at how quickly the viewings came in and how quickly my house sold. We decided to use Harrisons as our estate agents as they were recommended by a friend and the quote was very reasonable. We initially dealt with Kate, who was very friendly and knowledgeable and got the ball rolling with our sale. Even throughout the lock down Harrisons continued to work with us, keeping us informed of everything and giving us advice and support when needed.
