GoogleMy husband and I have just sold our property with Harrisons Reeve. I would highly recommend, the staff are lovely and really helpful. Jon will go above and beyond his role to assist with any issues and always there when ever you need. I wouldn't use any other estate agent.

GoogleWe bought our first home from Harrisons and have recently used them to sell it too. Kate was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for more really. We got weekly updates (minimum) and she was constantly chasing others to keep everything moving along nicely. Everyone else in the office was always helpful too and were able to pick up things if Kate wasn’t in. Will definitely use them again when we next move.

GoogleI've just bought my first home and Kate from Harrisons Reeve was extremely helpful throughout the process. She was efficient in providing updates and chased solicitors when I wasn't getting any response. As a first time buyer, she's been very supportive through the negotiations and has made the process a lot smoother than I thought it might have gone. Would highly recommend purchasing a home through them!

GoogleHarrisons Reeve have restored my faith in estate agents. They really do listen and care. Kate was amazing and never stopped being working our case. She was always in touch with us and many times I called her and told her what was worrying me and sure enough she sorted it immediately. Seriously if you’re looking for an estate agent, give Harrison’s Reeve a try, they really do have that personal touch and it’s a whole different experience. I can’t thank them enough 😊

Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better service. There were a couple of hiccups in the chain and Kate was always there to find out what was going on and smooth things over. Plus she's lovely to talk to, which is an absolute bonus! I'd also like to call out Jon, Sonia and Ernie who were always ready to step in if Kate was on her day off. Thank you so much everyone at Harrisons Reeve, I can't wait to move into my new home! :-)

I entrusted Harrisons Reeve to sell my property. The property was empty so therefore should have been a relatively quick sale. The sale took over 7 months with me pulling out at the end when the buyer requested monies to be provided after completion. During this time I became the link between Ernie and my solicitor rather than Ernie working with my solicitor. On a couple of occasions Ernie was very curt when I requested information on the sale to the point it came across unprofessional. During the whole process I found Harrisons Reeve to have no interest in meeting the needs of the seller but purely focussed on the buyer and the commission that they would receive on sale. I would never work with Harrisons Reeves in the future - terrible experience.

GoogleVery professional. Jon and his team always go out their way to help and push properties. Sold mother in laws house via Harrison’s Reeve and previously my own when I lived in Hempstead. They have always been a very reliable, and great communicators. They are open 7 days a week and the team all know about each others properties encase of holidays/days off or sickness. A close knit team. Thank you for your help with my recent sale. New branding is more stand out than the dated Green. Special mention to Kate, thank you for all your hard work.

GoogleWhat a shame that this apparently once good company have lowered themselves to the tactics of all the others, just to get a signed agreement, without care or consequence. Constantly over exaggerated valuations, giving false hope to elderly or uneducated folk to get the deal then spend months reducing the price, until eventually selling at what it should have been at the start or less!! What they fail to see or care to see is the damage and costs this causes to the owner and their families along the way. Very sad!
I'm sorry to hear of this review, as Harrison Reeve pride ourselves on our customer service and would be more than happy to discuss this with you directly. Without knowing who you are, it makes it harder to pinpoint the concerns you have.

GoogleBecause of the stress involved in buying or selling a property I believe that a good relationship with the estate agent is the most important factor to consider. Overall I would say that the service offered by Harrison’s is outstanding. The staff are down to earth. The responses were good and their processes based around the customer. Earnie is a credit to Harrison’s. He was professional throughout the process and I was impressed with his communication skills. They certainly stepped up to the bar when it came down to the final stages of the transaction when stress levels were at their highest. They quite simply delivered when they needed to. If you are looking for an agent in Medway to buy or sell through I would certainly recommend Harrison’s as a worthy candidate. The house moving in gift was a pleasant surprise as well. The icing on the cake. Choose Harrison’s!!
