FacebookComplete waste of my time. Went to view a retirement property having been told by them via my initial phonecall that I could reside there with my (over 55) mum. Spent a whole day talking to my solicitor about said property - questions etc., to be told at the actual viewing that they are still awaiting the property management group to get back to me on the age requirement question... Pressured me to make a decision to offer, then finally told me I also had to be over 55!!Seriously I should be able to bill them for my petrol and solicitors costs!

GoogleWhere do I start...if you choose Harrisons in Rainham Kent to sell your property I would strongly recommend keeping a log of your communications with them. Very professional to start with through Ernie but began to go downhill when a couple of viewers weren't actually given the address so had to rely on Google Street View to find us. When I reported this I was told that couldn't have happened as they always send the address. Guess we were unlucky to get odd viewers who mentioned this issue. Whenever we rang and couldn't get Ernie we constantly got told "Sorry I don't know the file" and we had to push to get someone to call us back. As mentioned by other reviews, Kate simply did not listen and repeatedly spoke over us until her behaviour was highlighted to her. We actually thought Ernie had left due to the massive gaps in contact from him. When we finally found a property and informed Harrisons, Kate actually said "oh yes we had seen the house marketed ". Only Kate could tell you why they chose not to tell us about the property. We had to continuously chase to finalise the last dates and even our buyer was let down by Harrisons promising updates that never arrived. Happy to provide any one interested with a time line of our issues. Definitely not value for money or professional in our experience.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Once again Harrisons have provided an excellent service for us. Graham and the others, Jon in particular, are all true professionals. Their strengths are good advice, honesty, and following through on every little thing. If you have a chain it will be constantly checked. We were selling, but I see our buyer has also provided an excellent review (and that in spite of several delays caused by other parties), so it works from both ends. We have used them several times now, and they will always be our first choice.

We have just completed a sale and a purchase through Harrisons, and they have been brilliant from begining to end. The two main people I dealt with were Ernie & Kate, we had a few stressful moments toward the end, however, they were constantly on the phone trying to sort things out, always updating us as to what was going on. They were always professional, very polite and courteous, we certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Once again thank you so much.

When we decided to move to another part of the country, we spoke to several different estate agents. We were very impressed with the Harrisons team from the very first meeting. This was our first move in 27 years and we needed lots of support and information. The Harrisons staff were excellent. From the photos of our property, the detailed house description and the weekly feedback we always felt involved and updated. Phone calls were always promptly answered and the move was successfully completed within the suggested timescales. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harrisons. They gave us a great service
