We purchased our house through Harrison’s and have been blown away by the level of service. The team in Rainham are so friendly and great at getting back to you asap, keeping you up to date, asking questions on your behalf and chasing things up! Because of the outstanding service we will now only use them when it’s time to sell and will recommend them to everyone.

From the start when we had different estate agents out to value our house I knew we were choosing Harrison’s. No pressure, honest and not bombarded with facts and figures like the rest. We had a very long drawn out sale but Harrison’s were always in touch doing everything they could, actually above and beyond. Ernie does an excellent job along with jon. Very personable and they actually get back to you. Would recommend

GoogleHard to believe how slow this agency is to respond to even the most basic questions and queries. Days to arrange this, days to arrange that, days to get a response about costs and valuations. If my company operated like that, we would be in serious trouble and heads would roll.....they seem perfectly fine to leave it days before responding to even the most basic requests......disappointed.....they seem enormously lacksidaisical and behind the times....NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

We use Harrisons to help with management on a tenant find basis and for documentation etc. They found our current tenants who have proved to be as hoped. From the start of the process we chose Harrison because they filled us with confidence that they knew the local market.They lived up to that confidence by arranging quick viewings and an acceptable offer within 4 days of the house going on the market.As there was no onward chain the move did go through quite quickly despite the solicitors on the buyers side being a little slow.Would definitely recommend them to others.

Harrisons were the agent selling the property I purchased a few years ago, they were excellent throughout the whole process and would highly recommend. I have subsequently let the property through them and have found their service outstanding. Problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently, nothing is too much trouble. GoogleVery disappointed in this agency and our designated link person Kate, who failed to arrange even one viewing of our property over a six month period, despite it being in a good condition and situated in a sought-after road. Would have given you zero stars if I could have. Need to try much harder to assist sellers in the future, based upon our experience with you.
