GoogleDamian Gray was an excellent broker. He advised us from the very start and even worked outside his working hours to suit our requirements. Upon completion, he gave us a house warming gift. He is excellent and the best part of the whole process. I look forward to speaking to him in the coming years when we are due to remortgage. Finally a not pushy estate agent that’s fantastic, I was given a month to make some decisions and when I couldn’t commit that was accepted with batting an eyelid. GoogleI had a great experience from all of the team when purchasing my first property. Tory was great at sorting my mortgage. Stacey was so great at getting all information from the vendor to me and the other way round. Nicola was fantastic when I had my first viewing and was mor ethan happy to help with any further information I needed. In all, I would highly reccomend!

Stacey has gone above and beyond everytime I made contact to help out and sort any issues that arose even if it may not have been her job to do so. Rory as my mortgage broker also done an amazing job as well, we had quite a few obstacles along the way but he was very patient and dealt with everything that came our way quickly and professionally. GoogleI recently came across an ad for a freehold property. When I contacted the agency to arrange a viewing, I spoke with Stacey, who seemed hesitant to book me in and asked some unusual questions. She also suggested I check train times and call back to reconfirm, even though I assured her there were no issues. We spoke twice, and she never mentioned any specific details about the property. However, she asked me twice about my budget and deposit, which I found strange. She also encouraged me, as a first-time buyer, to consult a mortgage advisor, which I did. Subsequently, I was bombarded with emails, texts, and voicemails to confirm my attendance at the viewing. On the day of the viewing, a different woman showed up and first took me to a property infested with termites, despite reassurances that the pest control was aware of the issue. Unsatisfied, I agreed to see another unit on a lower floor, which was in better condition. However, when discussing the costs, she mentioned a 'ground rent' fee, which confused me as I thought the property was freehold. She then admitted that it was actually leasehold, citing a 'glitch' on the internet. This was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional!

GoogleAlex and Sarina in lettings were excellent finding suitable tenants. The knowledge the understanding they have about lettings is second to none. They were through with vetting the prospective tenants and luckily the 1st two prospective tenants were caught out via their vetting process. Buying a property was a some what daunting thought and given my lack of knowledge regarding mortgages I really didn't know where to start or if it was even possible! Enter Damian.. he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without be condescending , he responded so quickly to any queries that I had and made the whole process feel so easy and stress free. I was purchasing my property through Connells so as an added bonus Damian even helped me with putting forward my offer to the estate agents. I have been so impressed with the service so far that I have signed up for their lifetime mortgage scheme, I am confident that come the time when I need to remortgage I will continue to receive the same level of exceptional service. I have to say a massive thank you to Damian Gray for all his help with my mortgage application and making the process pleasantly smooth and stress free. From the first day we spoke, Damian worked speedily to get me my AIP. This allowed me to do viewings with confidence and also showed me how quick and effective he is and decided to stick with him for my mortgage application. He was professional throughout the entire process making sure I had nothing to worry about and keeping well informed on everything I needed to know. He truly went above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one. I couldn't be happier choosing him to handle my mortgage application and I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent mortgage broker to work with.
