What an absolute dream Connells are. Such a fantastic team from start to finish. Communication was always top drawer, from emails to phone calls, I could always count on them to give me the answers I needed. I’d like to say a massive thank you to Grace, who secured my mortgage. She was incredibly proactive and had an answer for every single question or query I had. I also cannot show enough appreciation for Stacey, who has been my absolute rock throughout this whole rollercoaster of a journey. I genuinely feel like I’ve made a friend through this process. Stacey is exactly the kind of person you want on your team, no messing about, straight to the point, and always gets the job done. Nicola was always so helpful, constantly offering a helping hand with whatever I needed and always doing so with such politeness and professionalism. Stacey and Nicola at Connells in Rainham have honestly just been so amazing! We are purchasing our family home through them. Nicola did the viewing and was so lovely and so friendly. After our sale, (through another estate agent company), had hiccup after hiccup, Stacey (and Nicola when Stacey was off) began keeping regular contact with us. Both were so helpful and so supportive even though we weren’t technically their client. They are both always so friendly on the phone, even when we were telling them of more complications in our sale. After all the hiccups, and immense patience from Connells (and our seller) we are finally completing and getting to move our one year old son into what we hope to be our forever family home! Thank you so much!!

Watching the BBC PANOROMA on Connells gave me PTSD on how poorly my first time buying experience was with Connells. Leigh-Anne was a particular pain and was very disingenuous with handling the buying process. She never submitted my offers and was using a mind game to get a higher offer. Bearing in mind, as I just pulled out she agreed to my counter-offer, but by that point I was fed up and honestly it felt good giving Connells a taste of their own medicine. Estate agents such as Connells run on a very unpoliced environment. I would not recommend them. I had an amazing experience with an independent estate agent and it was certainly a blessing in disguise Connells were wack.

Nicola has always been so kind and helpful to us throughout the selling/buying process and today both Nicola and Stacey did everything they could to make sure our completion would go ahead. I received an Excellent Service from Connells in Rainham, specifically from Stacey Fearon who was great from start to finish 10/10. As a first time buyer, I had alot of questions and wasn't 100% knowledgeable on all the steps of the process, but this was no issue as Stacey was able to help out and inform me on anything I wasnt too clear on and she always knew what needed to be done in order to get to the next phase in the process. She would always respond to any questions/enquiries I had quickly/immediately and was PIVOTAL in getting the sale through in a short amount of time and was a great intermediary between myself and the seller.
