The employees are nice and try to be helpful but are clearly rushed off their feet and don't manage to deliver anything above average service. They absolutely harangued us when they needed information but mostly go silent when anything is requested from them in return. I appreciate that this will be partly to do with being the middle man between us and contractors. Overall, we found the whole experience of dealing with the estate agents exhausting and frustrating.

It was my first time buying a house and when I wanted to know how much I could borrow I went into the branch to see their mortgage advisor Dan. He was very helpful and gave me plenty of information which helped me understand the process of buying a house and know how much I could buy for. He then went above and beyond in helping me find a house and then helped me offer on the house which I eventually bought and manage to get me this house for £8000 below asking price. He was fantastic throughout and always kept in contact including to see how I got on once I had moved in. Would highly recommend. The staff in the branch were also very helpful when I was viewing houses through them.

Basically lie that they have someone interested in buying your house! Wrote directly to my elderly relative saying they had a buyer but couldn't view because their house was on the market with another agent called Homebuyers. My relative got very upset and confused because of this shady agent trying to pull a fast one. Staff and manager spout bull**** - They send same letter to everyone else in Pudsey fact!!! I do not know how this is not illegal. Disgusted, do not use, be warned!

Awful experience - whatever you do, don't use them, go elsewhere and save yourself some stress! They charge a deposit when signing up, which upon completion they conveniently forget about and try to charge you again! Despite me flagging this up and them acknowledging the deposit was paid, they somehow forgot this and still charged me again. Nearly 2 months later they still haven't given me the money back. I imagine they try this with a lot of people, hoping in the time it takes to sell a house and complete that customers may forget or not check all the billing from the solicitor. They Also delivered a very poor service once I had accepted an offer, and the manager of this office changes his answers so ensure you have anything you need in writing from him if you have gone with them! (Blamed poor service and communication on the solicitors saying I didn't use the recommended ones, but he recommended them!) I think their head office really need to do a full investigation of this branch and the unprofessional working practices they have.
