Big thank you to Megan Naylor at the Pudsey branch. We have just sold our house through William H Brown and can't thank them enough. Megan Naylor was handling our case and was very patient with us and our 6 month process, due to the first property we was looking to purchase falling through and us finding our new home. Megan helped us all the way answering any questions we had and helped chasing things up when solicitors went quiet. Absolutely brilliant service from the team dealing with our persistent calling and questions as this was our first time selling and buying. We would definitely recommend using William H Brown and if you get Megan to deal with your case, you will be in safe hands. Thank you again, very much appreciated

As a buyer, I had a really positive experience with William H Brown Pudsey. Megan Naylor was fantastic to work with, friendly, approachable, and always on top of things. She made a real effort to keep me updated regularly, checking in at least once a week with progress from both sides’ solicitors. We have recently completed on the sale of our house and were helped through this process by Megan Naylor who is an absolute credit to the company. In an ocean of turmoil and confusion, Megan was in island of tranquillity and common sense, going above and beyond to solve problems, chase reports and people and other organisations to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Nothing phased her and everything was sorted promptly and efficiently. We were kept fully informed at every stage and even when there was nothing to update us with we still received regular contact. Amongst the myriad people and processes, Megan was the only person who always responded promptly, positively and efficiently. When we decided to put our property on the market we chose W H Brown to sell for us and we're so glad we did, right from the start we were treated with professionalism and respect, George came to do the business at the house and then we were assigned to Megan, wow what can we say, right from the start she guided us through the whole process which it has to be said wasn't without its problems, every time we didn't understand she explained everything in such a way that made sense, even printing off paperwork from our solicitors and going through it all with us, , when we were getting frustrated at the whole sales taking so long she kept her cool and fired off emails on our behalf, Thank you Megan

As a buyer, my experience with William H Brown was a very good one. From the minute the offer was accepted communication was first class, starting with Hazel Buxton, but for the most part Megan Naylor. Megan was very prompt in making sure she contacted me at least once a week to update how things were progressing from both sides solicitors, and whenever there were any delays or issues she would be dealing with it, or finding out more information to keep us in the loop right through to the completion of the sale. highly reccomended

The whole process was extremely smooth until towards completion where the chain looked to be in serious danger of collapsing due to delays above ourselves. I honestly would have been so lost in regards to starting the process of buying a house if it wasn't for the amazing people who work there. I could call at any time and they would answer with a smile, often booking me in that day to help clear any concerns I had. I had members of staff who were not even directly linked my mortgage application that would go out of their way to give me any advice and support. I would get calls just to genuinely ask about how the process was going. The staff would even answer questions and give support on queries that was outside of their job role. I cannot say a single bad word about W H Brown in Pudsey. IF anyone is a first time buyer please please go here as you mind will be at rest the second you walk in. Libby was my Mortgage Broker and was just phenomenal throughout, I couldn't have asked for a better person to support me. Jess was really professional when completing the valuation on our home. She was friendly, well prepared and passionate about selling. The photographer took good photos and was a pleasure to work with on the day. Angela looked after us well and always remained optimistic. She listened to our needs, kept us up to date and explored all options for potential buyers along the with team in Pudsey (including Ruby). I couldn't have asked for any more enthusiasm or effort to obtain potential leads. Unfortunately the market right now did not work in our favour to obtain an offer at the value we had hoped for and so made a difficult decision to wait until things settle. A big thank you to the team for always answering and returning calls, following up leads and trying new ideas to promote our home. Would recommend the Pudsey team as they did get a regular flow of potential buyers through our door. Would recommend if selling again in the future.

I wish I could give 0 stars. As soon as a contract was signed, the whole team at William H Brown Pudsey (including Connor, Megan, Hazel, Ruby, Jessica, Paige, Jack, Laura) have been rude, lazy and incompetent. Despite paying them a significant sum of money on completion it felt like they were only ever working for our buyer - probably because the buyer was using their solicitors. Notes on file were ignored, due diligence of ensuring correct paperwork was in place and buyer had funds was failed to be carried out swiftly and at the right time, emails and phone calls consistently ignored, never called back when promised, no out of office cover if the person assigned to your sale is on holiday, no proactivity in progressing the sale and no awareness of chain progress (in complete contrast to onwards purchase agents that were active in chasing solicitors), a whole raft of admin mistakes including sending memorandum of sale to incorrect solicitors, a potential buyer was scared off by being chased for feedback as they were driving home from the viewing(!), lied to multiple times, poor negotiation, marketing at a price different to what was agreed, refusing to carry out any viewings themselves, the list of failures goes on! Overall terrible communication and service. If you are selling, I would highly recommend you avoid this branch as it will only cause you sleepless nights and a lot of lost time chasing them to do what you are allegedly paying them for.
