GoogleSophie at William H Brown was excellent, supportive and helpful throughout the process to get a mortgage offer! I was recommended by a family member and was not disappointed - great service. Not only did Sophie find an excellent product, she also took time to explain everything clearly and ensure I was happy too. I would highly recommend!

GoogleI have spoken to Angela Benton a number of times with regards to buying another property. Despite me being unavailable due to working long hours and unreachable. She has been so persistent to get in touch and keep me informed about properties. She is friendly, kind and is very knowledgeable. Overall i am very impressed with the customer service provided to me.

GoogleAwful experience, absolutely discussed with them. I put the offer on property and was acceptable for seller and provided all necessary documents, but they didn’t took the property off from the market and keep booking more viewing and sold it to someone else. As first time buyers we were clueless, but Sarah has explained every step of the process and has dealt with everything mortgage related on our behalf. She's been extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

This company knew I was not going to use their services to sell the house (at least not at this moment) and still, I felt like I received a great service.

GoogleAmi Woods at the Pudsey branch was outstanding! Arranged to let my flat for the day after the old tenant moved out at an improved rate! I no longer live in the area so needed an efficient, reasonably priced agent who knew what they were doing. William H brown, Pudsey branch didn’t disappoint and I would highly recommend!

GoogleDon’t bother instructing William h Brown to sell your house in Pudsey. They cannot sell houses worst agent ever. Do not use them for a mortgage as they are rubbish at getting you a mortgage. They are incompetent at there job. NEVER USE WILLIAM H BROWN
