Such bad unprofessional

Such bad unprofessional, disorganised service.From trying to book a viewing to placing an offer of which they refused to accept!!! Think this might even be illegal.It was made so difficult I had to either go into the office for an interview or write to them stating all my circumstances.Colleague was rude when I said can't you just put this forward.Well vendor's need to know how difficult they are to buyers.

Tamsin at Michael Graham was absolutely brilliant - we felt that the sale of our home was safe in her hands. In fact, we never even needed to put our property on Rightmove as she lined up numerous buyers as soon as we were signed up and found one within a couple of weeks. Throughout the sale process, the whole team were readily available and happy to help manage any complications which arose.

My property went on the market with Michael Graham and what I was most impressed with was how comprehensive the feedback overall was. Initially the valuation was wonderfully contextualised and I was given options with regard to what the advertised sale price should be. I was going through a difficult divorce and Paul Copping was incredibly sensitive to that and made sure the information shared was done so in an appropriate way across both parties. After each and every viewing I was given detailed feedback in addition to a monthly report on where my property had been advertised and how many viewings we had had in total. Paul Copping always worked viewings around my availability and knew which potential buyers to push harder than those he thought weren’t necessarily so seriois. I have valued his advise and insight every step of the way. I tend not to like estate agents generally speaking but Paul Copping breaks the mould - such a thoroughly lovely chap as well as being incredibly knowledgable and pragmatic. I couldn’t recommend Michael Graham and Paul Copping highly enough.

Paul, Steve and Jean were very helpful in what turned out to be a more difficult sale due to circumstances which were out of their control. Always professional, but they went above and beyond to ensure that the sale progressed as well it could until we finally reached the promised land! I would highly recommend this branch of Michael Graham not only for their expertise but also importantly to me, their kindness and understanding, which is always a bonus when selling a house.

We.can.t speak highly enough of the professional service provided by Michael Graham, of the people who sold our house and helped us buy our new home - and in particular Steve Tillyer. The service was extremely professional from the first contact, the valuation process, assembling the particulars and the advice we were given. They kept us fully informed about viewings, and their feedback was both timely and helpful. They actually sold our house three times, the first two sales fell through for reasons totally beyond their control. We bought our new house through them, and experienced the same professional service, even to the day we moved. In winter 2016 we bought a house that was advertised by Michael Graham's Princes Risborough office. Our point of contact throughout the sale was Tristan Hall who provided a highly professional service throughout. During the process Tristan and his team kept us reguarly updated with the progress of the sale while doing everything to ensure that it progressed in an efficient manner. Difficulties were always overcome and we achieved the completion date in a relatively short timescale. Following the successful purchase of the house we rented it out. Once again Tristan's highly professional approach ensured that this was achieved in an efficient and effective manner and within a very short period of time the house was succesfully rented out. In sum, we would thoroughly recommend Michael Graham and in particular Tristan Hall if you are buying or selling a house in the High Wycombe/Princes Risborough area.

Just want to say we honestly can't fault the service we've received from Steve from the Risborough branch. From the second you guys came on board (and sold our house within 2 weeks!!) he's just absolutely blown us away with his professionalism, reliability and consistent communication and efforts. Hands down smashing the competition in the area in all aspects and we've done nothing but sing his praises to everyone as a result. It's been a nightmare of a journey to get to this point for a number of reasons, and without the fantastic service we've recieved from Steve, it would have been alot worse to deal with. Its been such a comfort knowing that we have such a good agent who has our backs and that we can depend on. They say 'don't trust an estate agent' (ironic because I'm marrying one..!) but we have honestly had full faith in him the whole way through and we're right to do so. Not that I'm ever going to move EVER AGAIN after this, (I've aged about 12 years through the stress of it all and if I wasn't pregnant I'd most definitely have a drinking problem by now) but if we did, you'd be the first place we'd come to. We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Michael Graham, Central Milton Keynes for the purchase of our new property, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Unlike Chewton Rose, who efficiently handled the sale of our previous home, Michael Graham was disappointingly unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the entire process.From the very beginning, Michael Graham's lack of proactivity was evident. Their communication was poor, and they failed to keep us updated on important developments. On the day of completion, the situation deteriorated further. Both the branch manager and another key team member were unreachable, leaving us in a lurch at a critical moment.After the completion, we were left standing outside our new home with four vans, while Michael Graham was conspicuously absent including the previous owners. To add insult to injury, one of their representatives had the audacity to lecture us on patience instead of taking responsibility for the chaos.Michael Graham's contribution to the process of handing over the keys was non-existent. We had to wait four excruciating days for the previous owners to move their belongings, causing significant inconvenience and stress. Our movers couldn’t put our stuff as per allocated rooms due to ex-owner belonging. Throughout this ordeal, Michael Graham remained offline and uncontactable, from the day before completion to weeks afterwards. Not once did we receive an apology for their abysmal service.In summary, our experience with Michael Graham has been a complete disappointment and a source of immense frustration. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability have left us deeply dissatisfied. We would strongly advise against using Michael Graham for buying or selling your property. It is a shame and a disappointment to have encountered such poor service.We will never recommend Michael Graham and would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable and professional estate agents. Do consider Chewton Rose, Central Milton Keynes, found them very professional and proactive.Thank you

This is an absolutely brilliant Estate agents and would recommend them to anyone, this was my 14th move in 42 years and the most stressful one I’d ever had! If it wasn’t for Steve we would never have got exchanged, so much dithering from agents and solicitors from the bottom and top of the chain, Steve took hold of the reins and steered everyone down the right road. I have just completed on probably one of the most complex sales ever and quite honestly, we’d still be struggling through if Steve from the Princes Risborough office hadn’t been at the helm. He was the go between for all buyers in the chain and their solicitors. He just somehow managed to get things done (even outside office hours) in a truly efficient and professional manner. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using this company for any property sale or purchase. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with and the all round service was second to none.
