Normie Dealt with the Sale of my property originally went up beginning of June when Gina was looking after us , great service pictures taken by Nigel a great job done showed off our house in it’s full glory , we had a original buyer who made the offer of asking price but unfortunately he had us awaiting 2 months and mortgage fell through on a number of occasions, so we decided that we would need to put back on the market as we had our heart set on the house we wanted to buy , then Natalie took over and between her and rest of the team had 8 viewings within 2 days, 3 offers were put in 4 Days later and we accepted the 1st which was the lower offer but the best position and was just eager as ourselves to move , from then it was all smooth besides solicitors taking there time and leaving exchanging right till the end , I would definitely recommend Normie very professional and quality service .

From the minute Natalie came to value our house, we knew we would use Normie. Not the usual pushy type of agent and gave us some useful tips to help us with selling our house. Nicole then took over once we had a offer and kept us updated on the progress and chased our buyers when needed. A great team and would not hesitate to use them again.

The last time I sold a house was 46 years ago so I felt a little apprehensive. Choosing Normies was just a random decision by way of making a start to sell my mum's house. I was anxious to sell and Gina came round soon after my telephone call. She was very friendly but professional and gave me a valuation which I was very pleased with. The house was sold within a few days without any fuss and Normies dealt with everything. Throughout the sale process they kept me well informed and made it all very easy. Whenever I contacted the office the staff were all helpful and polite.

I recently advertised my house with Normies and it sold within 13 days. They are a great team of people, Gina, Nigel and Lawrence are fantastic to deal with. I am hard work and very demanding and Lawrence kept me calm, listened to my worries and woes and very calmly talked me through everything several times, he's a gem. They are a fabulous team, very humane and personable and a delight to deal with at all stages of the process from beginning to end. I wouldn't sell my home with anyone else!

We started with another agent but quickly changed to Normie & Company because our first estate agent could not deliver what they over promised and struggled to sell the house. We should have gone with Normie & Company straight away instead! The photos of the house were great and they kept us fully informed every step of the way. They sold the house quickly, smoothly, communication was excellent and they always responded to emails within 24hrs. The staff were friendly, very helpful, there was always someone available to help if the main contact person was unavailable and as first time sellers they answered all our questions no matter how silly they may have been! Highly recommend Normie & Company and would have no hesitation in using them again. Many thanks to David for the initial valuation appointment and to Josh for handling the sale from there.

Absolute p*** take. They expect full employment history, salary, pension details, contact details, information on current rent, emergency contact details, personal information (incl. nationality), full details of current landlord and current property BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO VIEW A PROPERTY. This has to be repeated for every tenant. I am very happy to fill in a few details about myself before a viewing. But expecting people to take half an hour + to fill out this form before even being allowed to arrange a viewing is just ridiculous. Bunch of cowboys.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed by our procedure and that you didn’t call us so we could provide assistance and clarity. The overwhelming feedback received has been that people would rather spend 10 minutes completing a short form rather than waste time viewing a house that they may not qualify for. We do not request full employment history as you state but do ask for your current income and it's source, to assess affordability. Likewise, most of the information requested is not actually compulsory and can be left blank (where this is the case it is clearly marked on the form). The form should not take anywhere near half an hour to fill in and will save you far more time than a wasted viewing. Despite your review, we are an independent agency that wants to help you find a suitable property and would ask you to give our office a call so we can assist you., The Normie Letting's Team.
