Great Experience with Normie’s - Nigel signed us up (sooo knowledgeable about the area and we appreciated his advice regarding pricing etc). Nicole was amazing (she dealt with our sale and recommended an excellent solicitor ‘Amit Shalom and her colleague Aisha’ (best selling experience ever with a solicitor). Didn’t matter who answered in the office - they were all great. Couldn’t have asked for better. The only small issue was that I didn’t like the app - it didn’t show stat’s regarding how many people had searched or looked at the property online etc and the online feedback was very generic. The agent’s were great and gave in-depth feedback. All in all - Brilliant! Thank you

Great experience overall, I would strongly recommend using Normie to sell your property. Joe marketed our property well, creating lots of interest and multiple offers, selling in less than 2 weeks for over asking. Nicole was very helpful and reliable throughout the entire process, providing updates and chasing solicitors, always quick to respond, without her, the whole house moving process would have been much more stressful.

Fantastic estate agents! Sold both of my properties with them in only a matter of weeks and from start to finish I felt in safe hands! Excellent communication throughout, wonderful photographs of the properties and great write-ups attracting lots of viewers! Used Normie on a let-only basis for my flat in Prestwich and dealt with David throughout. He was excellent. He gave me a lot of his time, answered every question I had properly rather than fobbing me off, and got the property let without any fuss while I was in the middle of moving out myself. He also went out of his way to recommend tradespeople for repairs, which saved me a lot of hunting around. Whenever I called the office the rest of the team were helpful too. Genuinely good natured and easy to deal with, which counts for a lot when you’re juggling everything at once. Would happily use them again.

I bought my house through Normie and they were actually really good to deal with. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kept me updated on what was going on. Nicole checked in with me quite a bit and let me know where things were up to which I appreciated because the buying process can get a bit confusing. There were a few hold ups with the solicitors but Normie kept chasing things and made sure it didn’t go quiet which helped a lot. Communication was decent and I always felt like I knew the next step. Overall had a good experience buying with them, so grateful for the help, and will be back when I resell.
