Normies were professional and efficient from the outset. Natasha was collaborative in the valuation as well as being enthusiastic and accessible during the selling process. I had the feeling that the team were fully committed to selling the property and kept me in the picture throughout. Nicole progressed the sale with great attention to detail and ensured that things moved along swiftly by liaising with both solicitors, buyer and myself. I would have no hesitation in recommending Normies as a company and certainly would use them again myself. I'm a landlord so I have a lot to compare them to and they have been the best agency I've ever used!

Nigel made the start of my sale process so easy with his efficiency in coming out to valuate my property and then returning within the week to take photos and getting it up for sale. Viewings were swiftly arranged and I accepted an offer a week after going on the market. From there on Nicole took over as my sales progressor and I can't thank her enough for her help throughout. She kept in regular contact and ensured I knew what was happening at every stage. Even when my solicitor was very difficult to contact she never gave up and ensured she did everything she could to prevent any delays.
