Communication is excellent. From the initial visit from Nigel who marketed the property to the viewings and then the progress of the sale from Nicole I am very happy. I was kept informed and updated throughout. The use of the Street app is also good as it keeps you updated, especially the initial feedback from the viewings which the agents provided almost immediately, even on weekend viewings.

Nicole was very good at chasing things up in respect of delays further up the chain and was generally helpful in terms of providing information, updates and recommendations (in my case, for an electrician). Great experience from start to finish with Normie & Company. Our house was on the market with another agent but getting little interest. We received a letter through the post from Normie offering to take a look and see if they could do better. We contacted Josh and found his attitude friendly, straightforward and trustworthy. Josh took some great photos and video (not just a video made up of photos like some other agents). We quickly had several viewings and offers and Josh helped us work through the positives of each buyer. Natalie took over from Josh and navigated the sale through, working with us and our buyer. Natalie was always friendly, easy to get hold of and quick to reply if she had been out of the office. Happy to recommend Normie & Company to any other seller.

It's all positives from me! A huge thanks to Nigel and the team for the handling of my house sale. From start to finish the service was excellent with Josh's valuation, arranged promptly during a period of high demand, the superb marketing and handling of viewings, which then happened at lightning speed, all despite the tricky lockdown restrictions. The eventual sale was by no means easy, due to some very frustrating legal issues along the way, but throughout it all I found Nigel to be both reliable and extremely professional. His knowledge and expertise in the local market is a huge asset to his company and clients. Thank you for your support Nigel you are a real gem!!

I would definitely recommend normie and company..when I first decided to sell my property I was captured by David's approach to marketing on social media. Very professional, innovative and up to date. I contacted him through Facebook and he came out to visit me in a couple of days. He was very positive and saw all the good points to my home and its location. I had no hesitation in appointing him. The photos and video that he took were excellent and we had a buyer within 8 weeks. From then on I dealt with Nigel and Natalie who kept me up to date with the sale on a weekly basis. They were always helpful, professional and available whenever I needed them. Thanks to everyone at normies and best wishes for the future.
