I found Georgina ,David and colleagues all friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and of all the local estate agents I had a valuation from, they were the only ones who listened to what I wanted and viewed it as my home and not just a property to sell.I would definitely recommend them they have good local knowledge,Georgina is friendly and approachable and gave me a valuation on the property where as other estate agents were more interested in what others had valued it at !! Definitely use again if needed.

Selling a house can be traumatic and fraught with complexities and setbacks.The staff at Normie provide an excellent service and guide you through the process smoothly and efficiently. Lawrence was professional, responsive and excellent at coordinating between seller, buyer and lawyers. He remained totally committed to the deal when it looked so many times like it would collapse due to numerous and unforeseen setbacks.Lawrence provided helpful advice at every step of the way and explained things. He also provided helpful advice on what actions to take and when they were necessary. I am totally satisfied with the service provided by Normie. Their rates are reasonable and competitive, and the staff are very experienced and professional. I recommend Normie very highly to anyone else who might use their services.

I was kept up to date with all the viewings and feed back on each one. Nicole helped all the way threw to get it to the end speaking to solicitors ect to chase them with out me having to sort things which iv never had with selling houses in the past
