I didn't have to chase them for feedback after viewings or for an update as to how the sale was progressing like other estate agents I have used in the past. I was kept up to date throughout. GoogleRecently moved to area with bf. Used Northwood after finding the house we wanted on Rightmove. Girls we dealt with at the office made process really easy. Kept us up to date when necessary and very informative and honest about things which is what made us sceptical after a previous experience with an agent. Few months in now and couldn't be happier

Its difficult determining where to begin with this lot. My experience with them has been awful. Its been 10 months since I reported a problem with the boiler causing cold showers with intermittent periods of scalding hot water. Its still not fixed. I reported exterior flashing that had fallen some time ago allowing wasps to nest behind it. Their reply? I have to pay to have the wasps exterminated before they'll repair the flashing. Still not fixed. They've tried to charge me for a vendor's service call simply because they couldn't figure out why the electrics weren't working properly - they figured it must be my fault. Still not fixed. I reported that water was leaking from an outside pipe connected to the boiler. Still not fixed. I reported a leak in an interior water pipe. Miraculously, its been fixed, but they'll likely do nothing about the ugly stain left on the dining room wall or look into potential mold remediation. Based on my experience, a better name for this agency is Northwouldn't.

GoogleHad to get housing standards involved after the damp and mould started damaging the property. These people care very little for tenants and treat people with a great lack of respect or common decency. If anyone else is being down trodden by Northwood I urge you to contact housing standards.

As I am sure you know, we and the owner did everything we could whilst you were living there but unfortunately the issues were beyond our control. As you know we had work done before you moved in and had no signs this hadn't worked. We wish you all the best in your new property.

GoogleReally helpful in all aspects of moving. What can be quite a stressful time was made easy and painless. Any queries we had were dealt with and were patient with us despite our numerous calls! Few jobs that needed completeing were chased up and resolved. Thanks to all at the office.
