Shaun at Highgate homes is great.He listens,hes friendly and helpful not to mention genuine.From a buyers perspective,often (especially in the current market) some larger estate agents can really make you feel like they just want your money but Highgate doesnt.If I had a house to sell I would definitely sell it through Highgate.They arent one of the bigger estate agents out there but thats what makes their service and product friendly and more tailored to you the client as a buyer or a seller.They listen and when they say they will get in touch,they do!Cannot recommend enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with (for the sale of my daughter’s property). Compared to the last estate agent we used , this one was far, far better. Extremely responsive, ie we got a response almost immediately from any queries. They went above and beyond for my daughter and I and helped with things they didn’t have to do, ie putting the bins out, turning off the gas and electricity, etc. I found it hard to go back to the house where we lived as a family (and especially since my husband passed away ) and they ensured that any visits were minimal. Would like to thank declan and shaun at highgate homes, both was very professional and very helpful, they got everything moving quickly to have me moved into my new home in the time I had, would definitely recommend to anyone, very pleased with everything and was always kept up-to-date with emails and phone call. When I moved out I spoken to shaun and he was more than helpful and gave me good advise, I moved out over the new year period and that was no bother for the team at highgate, shaun always spoke to me with such polite manner, such a great guy and will go above and beyond to help in anyway possible, never had any problems with highgate, throughout my tenancy with them there were very professional and got things sorted straight away even with short notice. Unprofessional venue. My partner had a flat agreed with them, took her passport and all her details. She even asked for an early leave from work to go and pay the pertinent deposit - before she got there, she was sent a text telling her another person had payed the deposit for her flat already. No sincere apologies were given and refused to give her back all her details... with the risks it implicates in terms of privacy. I wouldn’t trust this as a recommended business for anyone - lack of empathy and good manners.

Selling through Highgate Homes has been an absolute breeze. I was originally listed with a different estate agent and after a lot of hassle from them and a recommendation from a friend I switched to Highgate Homes. I’m so glad I did, the difference in service is incomparable! I would like to say I am settled in my new home thanks to the professional and efficient service from Claire. I gave notice on a property from a previous agency at the end of November and had to have another property by Christmas Eve. It was a stressful time but made a lot easier with Claire’ s help. A few days after moving in I had a radiator leak and they had an engineer out within the hour. I would highly recommend Highgate homes.
