Had been looking at houses for months. Alex had shown us a few and didn't get accepted but he did everything he could. He passed us to Sean for a viewing since he probably wasn't in that day. Sean pushed us to get a 2 bed house and we got it. Since moving in, Alex has been an absolute gem when we have noticed a few things wrong with the house and made the necessary phone calls and emails to get it sorted. Highly recommend highgate as they are the most genuine and nicest people I've met. Thank you very much guys

We bought our forever home through Highgates. Shaun initially showed us around and for our second viewing. He was friendly and knowledgeable. As the sale progressed, a link further down the chain caused problems. Shaun and Umar from Highgates were very understanding and kept our seller informed. They helped us through a very stressful house move. We are really grateful for their calm and helpful attitudes. We can happily recommend them.

Highgate Homes is the best.I saw a dream house of my choice for rent, contacted HH to show my interest.They rang me up,gave me an appointment for a visitation and barely ten days after,I had already moved in.It could have even been 3-4days but for the usual documentation drill and my job schedule that's tight and gave me very little time.Shout out to Umar,Declan,Shaun and Joe for being proficiently hands on and supportive.You guys are the best.I recommend HH and these hard working men to you guys.

I telephoned Highgate Homes for advice about my rental property. The service they provided was outstanding. Shaun visited the tenants and house with me. Shaun advised on the value of the rent and went up and above what could have been expected while helping me explain about repairs and rent to myself and tenants and help resolve issues. The staff I spoke to was very friendly but at same time professional. There is no doubt I will continue to use their services. I could not recommend them enough or sing their praises to anyone looking to let their property or sell/buy property. I found their telephone number from google and I highly recommend them. I can highly recommend highgate homes for the selling of properties. The team kept me informed the whole way through the process from coming to value my property to the day we completed. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Emails were sent when viewings were due, any questions I had were answered promptly. The Team at Highgate Homes are a very professional and friendly team. They went through the whole process of putting my house up for sale to completion,explaining and helping me in any way,no questions were unanswered big or small,or stupid..!! They always reassured me and put me at ease through the whole process,nothing was too much for them,from answering questions,booking viewings,scanning documents for me,and friendly chats on the odd occasions I went in to branch. The Director Shaun was fantastic all the way through the sale,keeping me in the loop,chasing up buyers details,guiding me through the process. Had an appointment to view a house at 9:30 AM. Waited outside for 20 minutes and no one showed up. I called the agency, and they said they’d find out what happened and call me back, but they never did. I called again, and they told me someone would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. At that point, I told them I was leaving. Extremely unprofessional.

What a breath of fresh air ! I only wish that the house I am buying had been listed with Highgate Homes because having been in contact with numerous estate agents over the past few months, I can confidently say that Shaun and Claire have been consistently the most efficient and helpful agents I have dealt with. From a buyer's point of view, the things that matter happened, my calls were answered quickly by friendly, knowledgeable staff. I wasn't sitting on hold or waiting for callbacks which seemed to be the norm for everywhere else. Viewings were efficiently arranged, and followed up with meaningful calls for feedback which if I was selling a house, is exactly what I'd want my agent to be doing and why I would undoubtedly choose to list it with Highgate rather than elsewhere.
