GoogleFirst class experience. We had to sell my mumβs home which was very emotional for us. Guildhall Sales and Lettings helped us through this process with so much care and kindness. Such a professional team, especially Abbie and Chris who looked after us so well from start to completion. I definitely recommend them to anyone selling a property and have no hesitation in using them again should I need to. Thank you all so much !

GoogleI have just completed on the sale of my house through Guildhall Sales and am very pleased with the service I received. Abbie Wilson was exceptional, I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Abbie was keen, enthusiastic and always chasing the various parties to ensure as quick a completion as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use Guildhall again should the need arise. Thank you Abbie!

GoogleAll staff were really receptive and responsive to ideas and questions. Having Becky help with the final part was very good value for money, she chased solicitors and the purchaser in a way which we couldn't and consequently we completed earlier than we would have done without her help. Guildhall were much cheaper than any of the other companies we got quotes from but their professionalism was 5*.

GoogleGuild used to be great with the previous owners Robert Shield, Lauren King, Gillian Connelly and Katy Crilly. These were great people to work with. Since the take over by Keenans there has been nothing but upset. So sorry to see all the old crew have left. We will miss you Lauren and Gillian.

GoogleAfter renting a property with Guildhall for 12 years I was really sad to leave the team, they have become part of my family over the years π The team are professionals and take great pride in there work but always with a friendly smile. Thank you all β€οΈ Special thanks to Katie for the professional way she dealt with some issues with my landlord when I left in May 21. She showed excellent skills in negotiating a fair way forward for both tenant and landlord. It was a stressful time for me as I was worried about my large bond in the property and felt I would be left with nothing left as the landlord seemed to want a brand new house back !!! GoogleHave been with Guildhall for 18 months now and have always found them great to deal with. Katy is lovey and will go above and beyond to help you. She is very professional and knowledgeable and is a credit to Guildhall Lettings. Whenever we have had contact with them Katy is the one we prefer to deal with. She does what she says she will do without hesitation. Tony the Handyman is also great to deal with and also goes above and beyond what is asked. Katy and Tony you are both fab and a credit to the company.

GoogleDODGY LETTING AGENT! If you're a tenant, then don't use guildhall lettings. Where do I start, but I don't have much time. Guildhall lettings are holding on to my deposit because apparently the bath sealant needs changing (even though the bath panel had dropped off due to mouldiness which was due to lack of ventilation). It's been over a year and all inventory clerks agree that it's a wear and tear issue after a year 'Replacing bath sealant also falls under a landlordβs maintenance issue after a tenancy of one year or longer' - Inventory Clerks. The bracket for a towel rail fell off so that needs replacing. Fair enough. But they wish to charge Β£90 for this. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a copy of the quotation they apparently received and they still can't produce that. Seems like these ludicrous figures have been plucked out of thin air! As a tenant, they treat you like dirt. Lauren King, actually admitted in her email that they act in the best interests of the LANDLORD. They don't care about the tenants. What Lauren doesn't realise, and probably doesn't care either as it's not her business, that without we tenants, there would be no landlords and there'd be no Guildhall Lettings! The staff are rude and accusatory and speak to tenants in a condescending manner. They never call back when they promise to. You have to chase them several times for a response. I asked to speak to Robert Shields on several occasions, he owns the business, as I couldbt tolerate the rude staff any longer, and apparently, according to Lauren King, Robert is too busy to speak with me ever! If you're a tenant, avoid these like the plague. You won't get your deposit back and they'll treat you like dirt if you try to argue with them. They only care about the landlords and work for them only apparently. Go with another agency like bridgfords in preston

GoogleLandlords, contractors and tenants beware. It's no longer Guildhall lettings and the lettings side isn't even based in Preston. This review will be buried beneath the fake reviews from staff and family/friends that have popped up since the takeover. No Guildhall staff left, only Keenan's. It would be nice if they would actually bother to respond to requests for outstanding invoices to be paid months after work has been completed, but instead they just tell lies or ignore you.

GoogleI have had issues with guild hall lettings in the past but these issues have been sorted out although I am still not happy over the gas check, I have to say Katie has been very helpful to me regarding problems. I myself have addressed issues and believe that if issues are addressed in your own way then it will be sorted if not then yes follow it up be I have to say I have been helped so much so I would say I have changed my mind they have been helpful with ongoing problems may be it's a communication problem but I would say email them with your issues and if your not satisfied got to the office but I have to say again Katie has been great with helping with on going issues.

GoogleDespite what the above states, this is Mark Cobb, not Emily Cobb! Had a property with Guidhall 2 years ago - service received was excellent. However - it transpired that I'd been paying them rent for 2 years subsequent - only found out this week. Contacted them - they responded immediately, explaining they'd been trying to contact me (they had) and refunded my money straight away. Honest, speedy and brilliant - thank you Katy and Guildhall :)

GoogleI have dealt with Gillian at Guild hall Lettings for a number of years and she has always provided excellent service and expertise. The Sales department have just sold a house for me and they were excellent, Abbie gave me weekly updates throughout the process and I would highly recommend.
