I waited for half an hour, when I called the agency up, they said I wasn't in the system. Now, why on earth would I travel, if I didn't have a viewing! An agent not showing up for a viewing, is already a red flag, and their response just goes to show their poor customer service... All signs, to an unprofessional agency.

They really pushed our bungalow and we had plenty of viewings and sold very quickly. We will definitely use them again. Selling or buying a home is extremely stressful, but was made so much easier by the friendly helpful staff.
