GoogleSelling through a new build scheme who used these to help sell our house. Been dealing with them over the phone OK until one day I called due to having no feedback from two viewing, one of which was a week previous, was told in the most rude fashion, they won't deal with me as the new build company are their client not me, shocked by the way I was told, I was rude back. Complained to the manager who emailed me in an attacking unprofessional way. I emailed back to advise her the girl I spoke to had admitted her fault to the new build company, who told her they could speak to me and that she had obvs not got the correct story before emailing a rant at me. Worst case of complaint handling that you could ever imagine , by a protectionist manager, protecting her staff against customers whether right or wrong. After dealing with her I can see why her staff think it's OK to behave the way they did, talk about ego! I have the emails to prove all the above and from the new build company, admitting the above is correct. Should be able to give minus stars to this woman's branch

GoogleI enquired about a few houses with reeds rains and built a good relationship during this time with the manager Holly. Despite us ending up buying a house that wasn't even marketed with them Holly still went above and beyond finding out from the agent the lease info and giving us advise even though she knew that I had already decided to buy the property with the other company she still went that extra mile for me I couldn't recommend enough. 5* service.

GoogleRang up to view a house for letting no appointments available for a week. Booked appointment only to get a phone call to say it was cancelled half an hour before. I pushed for another appointment that day as I had booked the day off work so was told to be there later that day 5pm. Arrives at the property agent turns up 10 mins late and says she’s brought the wrong keys so we will have to rearrange. Next day I rings up for another appointment and was given an appointment for that day. Arrives at the house and finally gets inside. Really liked the house so rings up to say I wanted to let it only to be told the landlord doesn’t want to let it now he wants to sell it and was asked can’t I buy it? When I said I wasn’t in the position to buy at the moment but would be in a couple of months I was told there was other viewings booked on the property so he preferred to see what goes on with them and sell the house. I just didn’t understand why They had booked the viewing when I made it clear I wanted to let the house only to be told after all the messing that he wants to sell, What a waste of time!

Very professional and helped immensely with making sure everything happened .. right through the lock down as well. GoogleJust viewing a property but initial call was friendly but professional .E mails sent timely .Accompanied viewing- agent was on time and polite .Follow up occurred after viewing for feedback , not everyone does this .I'd recommend this branch because they seem to be pro- active and efficient .If you're a buyer or seller they seem to be doing all they can without being pushy .
