GooglePlaced an offer on a property less than 24 hrs after listing on Rightmove initially for the asking price. Was told by Helen that the vendor wasn't taking offers without viewings so naturally this wasn't a problem until I was told that I couldn't view the property as they had no more slots for me to view. Basically just ended up with being disregarded and not considered to purchase. I'm a cash buyer and I've sold my property. Still not good enough to be considered for offers. Vendors beware before you advertise your property as you will not get full access to potential buyers. The property was vacant so it can only be that Reeds and Rains won't organise or schedule viewings more than the bare minimum of numbers. Really bad show for you the vendor. AVOID AT ALL COSTSNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe have been trying to buy a house for over 6 months and most estate agents take too long to get back to us regarding viewings, offers etc and we never knew what was going on. The team at Reeds Rains Prescot have been excellent from start to finish. If we had have known this team were here we would have solely dealt with them throughout our whole process as they have been amazing in dealing with the communication between ourselves and the vendor. They have gone out of their way to make sure we had a good line of communication with the vendor and responded to any questions we had immediately. They also didnt judge us on the basis of us not being cash buyers which most other agents seemed to do. They clearly want all parties to be happy and make sure they provide the best service. Would highly recommend these to anyone as they are by far the best estate agents we have spoken with. They are fast, reliable, efficient and very friendly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI approached Reed Rains to value my home, intending to sell. I received a timely reply and a mutually convenient appointment made with minimum fuss. The representative arrived on time, was thorough and professional throughout, so much so that I had no hesitation in choosing Reed Rains as my agent. The recommended asking price was higher than I anticipated but the agent clearly knew the market; his figure prompted lots of attention and caused a minor 'bidding war' over the property to my advantage. I would have no doubt about recommending Reed rains to all.PositiveProfessionalism
