GoogleThanks must go to Lesley, Ruby and Adele to name but a few, in Reeds Rains Prescot. They have had nothing but problems with the sale of our house. They have gone out of there way to be helpful, and my brother and myself cannot thank them enough. Once again a very big thank you for everything.

Steven Flanagan followed every step and kept us informed all the time, making easier to deal with challenges and stress typical of renting a new house. They were involved and supportive.

GoogleI would 100% recommend Reeds Rains especially Adele who supported myself throughout the whole process. Adele has made it so simple and easy for myself and partner she has provided regular updates and is extremely helpful with any questions I had. I had spoken to previous letting agents and nobody has compared to Adele Thank you!

GoogleBuying a home, agreed a price, tried to sit me down infront of their mortgage advisor even though we had an offer through an independent broker, quoted me for home insurance twice the going rate despite us having cover I place but their commission is important to them. We agreed a price but the vendor hadn't applied for probate although advertising on othe market for 6 months plus prior. Then a second buyer who conveniently "viewed the house before we did" made a higher offer" 5 weeks after ours. Complete lack of integrity and transparency, be very careful if using this business.

As we have explained we do not actively market a property that is sales agreed, however, in this circumstance it was a historical viewer that came in with a higher offer. It is then up to the vendor which offer they decide to choose. Our mortgage advisors aim to offer products that they believe best suit your needs, which may differ from other advice.
