We are currently trying to buy our first home and Ste has been extremely helpful. He has answered any questions we have had and is always quick to give us any updates. We also used Victoria as a mortgage advisor who helped us get a better mortgage in principle than other mortgage advisors we have spoken to. Joe valued my property, answered my queries and concerns and totally put me at ease to take that first step to sell my property. Why was I worried! I have received a highly professional service, kept totally informed every step of the way, very responsive to any questions. A very, very happy seller right here. Buying and selling can be a stressful process I am told but I have not experienced this at all. Shocking from store, the regional and then there boss Sold using Prescot Can’t communicate and lied asked for staff to not deal with it as we lost trust and faith and thought they were incapable at doing there job roll. Paid for full epc sent me certificates but old one they never replaced it till I told them, Attitude is bad never them always someone else’s fault Got told by regional on phone and email the only one dealing with the house was the manager wasn’t true and left with no communication and original team were thought was ok dealing with again and told me to bring keys in even though we haven’t sold and told us it’s not our house and we’re not insured so as you can imagine being in work and getting told you don’t have your house ain’t great and then the attitude she’s right I’m wrong had pay solicitor to deal with her. Rang the manager not his issue he’s moved Regional never replies Resulted in ceo complaint - he investigated but missed large chunks out to protect his friend the regional manager Then hides away/ then on holiday This is just some of the issues we have dealt with but the list is a lot longer would give a zero if I couldNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I liaised with Jade Dewar at the Reeds Rains Prescott office and I can't say enough good things about her!!! Jade has been a delight to deal with, she has been extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Upon our first interaction, she went out of her way to find time for me and schedule a last-minute virtual viewing for a particular property I was interested in, despite the fact that the property was completely booked for face-to-face viewings. Finding a place to rent is difficult enough, but our 'student status' seemed to prevent and deter other agents from connecting with us or passing us up on the chance to live in a good house/area. Understandibly we have felt disheartened and felt doomed to live somewhere dingy; however Jade listened to me and didn't discriminate us! She recognised that we were mature postgraduate students (and not freshers as feared) and immediately put me at ease. She conveyed my enthusiasm and excitment for the property to the landlord and luckily we were able to secure the property and begin the application process. Throughout the application process, Jade was prompt and efficient in responding to our enquiries and conveying information via telephone and/or email! She made the whole process seem effortless and completely stress-free. My house was valued recently by Joe Graham, Valuations Manager at Prescot. I was very impressed with the service I received. Joe was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and communicated and engaged in a sociable manner whilst remaining professional: not a common skill. After the visit and a telephone call the following day, I was very clear about the plan I should follow to market my house to its full potential. I also understood the market conditions affecting my sale currently and in the coming year. I should add that my house is quite individual and unusual in many respects and Joe paid full attention to these factors and gave the due time required. Reeds Rains was my first choice for selling my uncle’s home. My uncle had asked me to deal with everything, as he was in very poor health as well as the onset of Alzheimer’s, which made dealing with unknown people difficult and confusing for him. From the outset, the staff at the Reeds Rains Prescot branch were extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional. LESLEY, in particular, was absolutely brilliant, understanding the needs of my uncle, and keeping me informed every step of the way of any issues which arose. She was extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional throughout, and went above and beyond in helping my uncle secure a speedy sale, and at the asking price too. I cannot thank Lesley enough for all her hard work and care which she demonstrated throughout the process of selling my uncles home - she’s an absolute star, and should be thought of as a highly-prized employee of the company.
