GoogleBeen working with this agency for the last 12 moths on various deals, and they have been excellent to work with. My point of contact is Lesley, who I cant recommend highly enough; no job is too big or too small, she constantly keeps me in mind for new properties coming on to the market, and she is a happy smiley voice on the end of the phone.

GooglePass on wrong information to tenants and totally mismanage the relationships, provide zero updates, refuse to return calls and their expensive maintenance team can't fix basic jobs, meaning you have to do it yourself. Avoid.

GoogleI had a different letting agent but got contacted by Reeds Rains as they noticed my property was staying on the market longer than it should. I asked them to discuss with my current agent and market alongside with them. A week or so later they had found me a tenant. Very helpful in answering all of my questions. Very happy with the service.

Amazed at the amount if people they had on there list that they arranged to view my property. Would definitely use Reids Rains again if I was selling or buying a property.
