We bought our house some years ago via Northwoods and have had a subsequent revaluation provided by them. On both occasions they have been thoughtful and helpful and it was indeed our experience as a buyer that led to us dealing with them again recently. Whilst ultimately they are working for the seller, they have balanced this requirement with a clear consideration of the needs of the buyers as well. They are proactive and thorough and an office we believe we can depend on. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others, whatever side of the fence you are on. Whilst some have a bad reputation, Northwoods are a credit to the profession.

went in to the office on Sat, the lady were very rude and bad attitude, I would say the company’s impression has been ruin by the way how she deals with customers, I would never recommend anyone to this company. A letting agent does not mean you have right to be rude ! We do understand checking the ID and immigrant status is very important, however the attitude is more important, the lady on the day was very rude, she thought she has power to talk people down as she can decide who she can rent the property to, you should check the CCTV, you can see how was her attitude when we just walked in , her facial impression was not friendly , arrogant and rude. the way she talked to us even our daughter can sense that she is rude. I believe no one can accept the attitude, no one! We dont understand why another letting agent in town can do professional jobs which see everyone is equal , no discrimination , to give us advised and we have our home now (which is happily received 6 months rent in advanced and satisfied reference , that was what we putting the offer to her)I would say I would never recommend anyone to your company , never ever !

Simon at Northwood helped us with the purchase of our beautiful home. It would not have been possible without him he fought very hard for our sale to go through after finding out days before completion that our solicitors had no intention of completing our sale. It was truly a miracle because he recommended another solicitor to us who worked very hard for us as well and took our case when no one else would. He is very professional and consistently kept us in the loop on each stage of the process. He is very experienced and friendly and cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Northwood.
