GoogleI rented through Northwood for 7 years and during that time I had no issues with them or their service. Gillian Wakeford in particular usually dealt with my queries/moans! She was always really friendly on the phone and willing to help. I cannot recommended Gillian and the team at Northwood enough.

Simon and Harriet were friendly and open, and provided good guidance from start to finish. They certainly earned their fee by being proactive and chasing things up and down the chain. I mostly heard of developments in the process from Simon or Harriet long before other sources.

GoogleNorthwood have provided and excellent service, both in managing the letting of my property, then later with a quick and hassle free sale of my property. I would certainly return if I had need of their services again, and would absolutely recommend them in managing a rental property especially in my circumstances of not living close enough to do so myself!

GoogleUnfortunately last night I locked myself out of my flat, so I contacted Northwood, and although it was after they had closed, Simon was more than happy to collect the key from the office, and then come down and let me in. Really pleased with the service.
