Been letting a property for over 2 years with Northwood and have found them to be very unprofessional, Any issue with the property and they just pass it off as if they don’t want to deal with it. It’s as if it’s to much trouble. I suspect I’m not the only tenant who’s had similar issues. Damp in my property and I’m told to open windows!! Great advice! Thanks! Difficult to understand their business model. Not as straightforward as the radio ads suggest. If you can, use the abnb route or the usual suspects for holiday lettings if you have the time. This is just my opinion based on talking to them. Try before you buy.

Calling estate agents into my home was daunting and alien to me as I have never sold a property before.I love my home but simply out grown it. With so many to choose from I did some research and selected a few to come round. Katie visited and was able to advise me on both the sales and rental market, did not feel like a generic sales pitch but an informative chat giving me options. I instructed Northwood Waterlooville to sell my house. On the rare occasion I was in for a viewing I kept out the way whilst Jo showed buyers round, Jo knew her stuff, was friendly and I instantly knew I had made the right choice. Now sold and moving into my new home I would recommend Northwood to anyone, the team guided me through the whole process, delivered the service they promised and what's great is I have the glossy brochure of my first house as a keep sake!
