It was a very difficult case but she went over and above to help keep us calm and updated on everything that was going on. When I moved into property cubit and west people were so nice and helpful but when I left the property, I had the worst experience with this agency and they only favour landlords and no say for tenants at all. For tiny repairs they took almost half of my deposit money instead having it repaired charged me for full replacement like beaded cord for blind which is for under £10 they deducted from deposit £228 and similarly for small scratch on platform they deducted £180 and curtain hook was loose, they deducted £84. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AND THE WORST AGENCY

I came into some difficulties with my situation renting a property through Cubitt and West; all I can say is how wonderful, kind, helpful, genuinely concerned and caring people that Bethany Shepheard and Ryan Marsden are for helping me in that situation. They were very friendly, helpful and professional; informing me at every stage of the situation, but with genuine compassion. They both are a fantastic addition to the Cubitt and West team; to their bosses, a simple message from me: “don’t let them go, please give them a decent pay rise!”

We had some changes of circumstances and unfortunately we had to let our home, we chosen Cubitt & West as a close friend of us highly recommended and we needed things to be done quick and easy. And we couldn’t be happier it took them under 3 weeks for the house to be listed and rented and tenants already moved in. Jon DaSilva and Ciaran Street who we mostly spoken too they provided us with great, quick and efficient service, we definitely recommend them in all areas.

After viewing a house share property in Portsmouth on a Saturday, I spoke to an agent on the Monday requesting to take the room. I was advised they would confirm this with the landlord, and I noticed a “let agreed” on the website. I heard nothing for three days so tried contacting this agent again, and the office was closed. I then tried again on the Friday and they stated it was still not confirmed with the landlord. After the Xmas break I contacted the office on their first day back and was told the room was no longer available. I am at a loss to understand how someone else took this room when I had approached the agent very early on and was not advised at this time someone was interested in the room. In total, I called 9 times getting through a total of 4 times having left messages about the property on the others. I did not receive a single call back. I think the customer care is poor and would not be recommending the company.
