Caitlin at Cubitt and West was a gem! She always got back to me really quickly and we managed to sort out some tricky issues together. Buying or selling houses is the stuff of nightmares and although ours was no different, am sure it would have been much worse if all the staff at Cubitt and west hadn't been so professional. Great job!

GoogleDi you really want to know!!!!!! As a tenant for over 10 years l suffered accusations of non payment of rent!!!! Lack receipts for rent, rent credited to ibcorrect address..was never able to get into tenants hub.... Total lack of service in general....When l moved , it was no better.... Absolute rubbish firm...my landlord with whom l was friends couldnt believe some of the things but is daft enough to stay with tem......m

Perhaps the most important factor has been their timely and detailed communication guiding myself and my buyer through the process . Cubic and West provides excellent service compare to other letting agencies. I just moved into one of their property and everything from start to finish went smoothly. TrustpilotA Scammer to Avoid!! Violation of Confidentiality!
I sent an inquiry of the lease length of a property in Littlehampton. This agent kept sending me text messages (asking me to call them back) without my permission. They gathered unnecessary personal information including my residential address, email address, telephone number, and even date of birth. I did not feel right by the sound of the person on the phone. I refused to give my date of birth. The agent then said 'then I am not able to help you'. They refused to tell me the length of the lease of the property which is just the basic information when I declined to reveal further of my personal information. The whole conversation caused a lot of discomfort and distress. They are nothing more than a scammer! It is a violation of confidentiality when gathering excessive information from any customer! Be careful!! Avoid this scammer!!!
