Cubitt and West were great for us. They achieved far more for the sale of our home than we expected and Julie in particular was very helpful with communication up and down the chain as we moved towards exchange. They were also very good indeed for our son when he moved.

GoogleExcellent advice and service start to finish, when we sold our Flat. Photos of property, and listing happened very quickly. Offer received within a few days, from a serious buyer, and property sold. Julie Bramble worked tirelessly between all parties to keep everyone informed and always seeking to move the process on as quickly as possible. Certainly would recomend Cubitt & West. They were not the cheepest option but value for money is so important, especially as we were very keen to get the property sold as soon as we could. They delivered for us.

GoogleMyself and wife were looking to buy a rental property, we tried to view a house we had previously lived in as a rental ourselves however it was already under offer before we could view. I spoke to staff at the branch and the lettings manager who knew us from our time renting from them at the property I was interested in, they knew to let us know if it became re-available. Unfortunately this was not the case and despite us being registered with them we were not informed of the fact the sale had fallen through. Luckily we were tipped off by a friend and contacted the branch , we booked a viewing and Michelle Foster conducted the viewing , I had met her previously at another property we had viewed . I found her friendly and knowledgeable and easy to get along with . We made an offer and at the moment are proceeding well with the purchase . Like with most companies there are good staff and those that aren’t so good or don’t bother or care about clients. Michelle though was a plus for cubitts , from our point of view I would be happy to deal with Michelle again. We have fingers crossed that the team at Cubitts continue to work for us and the sale goes through soon. I may use them for my ongoing rental of the property , however I will decide upon this after completion and upon speaking to the lettings department who we have not always had plain sailings with .

GoogleA thoroughly professional company. From our first meeting to value our house through to the completion of the sale, we have found the employees of Cubitt and West to be professional, friendly and helpful. Danny, who did the valuation, was knowledgable about both the property market and the local area. Zoe, who accompanied our buyer at the viewing, was friendly and enthusiastic and Julie, who progress chased the deal through to its conclusion, was thorough and helpful. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
