Dave Whyte listened took on board my brief criteria for a suitable Southsea one bed rental flat. He took quite a short time to find me a suggested flat that met all my "must have" detailed personal requirements. I have taken a one year lease on this flat and am entirely happy and grateful for his knowledge and efforts on my behalf. The in house office staff at Belvoir led by Helen have all been only to ready to help me both in project selection and paperwork and since in an aftercare service role. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Southsea to others. Thank you Simon Knight

Prior to contacting Belvoir, it was a challenge finding an apartment that was suitable and a flexible agent. David "Dave" Whyte has been exceptional! He has helped in many ways. He is professional, flexible and returns calls in a timely manner. When he is out of office he ensures that other staff assist in various ways. I am happy to inform that I am very satisfied with the friendly and professional service from Belvoir and especially from Dave and his lovely colleague Vanessa... :)

Everything was easy and smooth. Helen is very friendly and helpful and Dave was very positive, reassuring and very helpful plus banter is still going between us two 😃 These guys made my move seems easy and effortless and took away the fear of dealing with estate agents.
